Railway provides age relaxation for the RRB Technician position as per their regulations.

Candidates must have a BE/B.Tech, Engineering Diploma, or B.Sc. in Engineering. For Technician Gr-III (Open Line, Workshop & PUs), candidates must have passed Class 10th with an ITI certificate in the relevant trade or Class 12th with PCM subjects.
